Some of the Specials teachers have links to things you
must get to by going through CLEVER. Below are the directions for logging into
it. Through CLEVER you can get to brainpop and pebblego (non-fiction read aloud
options) faster so it might be a good idea to investigate it.
Mrs. Bahr (our lightbulb lab teacher) posted this grid
for extension thinking if you are looking for some fun extensions.

I took time to figure out all the stats on reading eggs
and math seeds yesterday. It looks like most of our kiddos are doing their
daily lessons. Reading Eggs and Math Seeds adjust to your child’s placement
tests so they are great individualized resources for them. Don’t forget there
are more things to do on it than “lessons.” Try the driving tests or spelling
links for some new challenges!
We loved having the kids wish happy birthday to Audrey
yesterday and getting to see them and hear them. If your child has a birthday
coming up, please remind us so we can make their day special too!
Lastly, we
were reminded of a great idea to encourage your child to write fun stories. It
is called “Group Author.” Have one person write a sentence to the story, then
pass the pen and have someone else write the next, and so on. It makes for some
interesting ideas!
We are here
if you need any help or ideas or want to share your awesome work.
