Kindergator Update 12.6.19

Kindergator Update 12.6.19 Wow have we had fun hearing about your Thanksgiving and your family’s traditions. We are picking out which houses we are planning to go to next year for dinner because all your food photos look amazing. I truly thought I did a good job on the slightly blackened turkey I made this year until I saw Daniel’s and how beautifully decorated it was. Reading: We continued our discussion on main idea and details while learning about the Bald Eagle, an American symbol. We used photographs as our source for gathering information and tried to pull as much information from each source as we could. We played games in class where each child had a main idea or detail and had to link up with others who they connected to. It was really tough for them, at first, but is getting a bit easier each time we play. Math : We continued with our measurement unit and studied capacity, temperature and began time.
